AANS Exhibit Hall

The AANS Exhibit Hall brings together over 200 companies that offer innovative products and services to the neurosurgical field. This is an opportunity to interact with exhibitors and witness unique advancements in the field of neurosurgery. New this year, the exhibit hall will be open Sunday–Tuesday.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the AANS Exhibit Hall.

Sunday, April 14 – 9 a.m.-4:45 p.m.
Monday, April 15 – 9 a.m.-4:45 p.m.
Tuesday, April 16 – 9 a.m.-4:45 p.m.

Breaks in the AANS Exhibit Hall

Sunday, April 14 – 9:15-10:15 a.m. and 2-3 p.m.
Monday, April 15 – 9-9:45 a.m. and 4-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, April 16 – 9-9:45 a.m. and 3-4 p.m.

Lunch in the AANS Exhibit Hall for Medical Attendees

Sunday, April 14 – 11:30-12:30 pm.

AANS Learning Center

The AANS Learning Centeris an interactive area comprised of the AANS Resource Center, Live Stream Sessions area, Lunch-and-learn Seminars, Rapid Fire Abstracts, Sunrise Sessions and Surgical Suites. This area opens on Sunday and will remain open through Wednesday.

Sunday, April 14 – 9 a.m.-4:45 p.m.
Monday, April 15 – 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
Tuesday, April 16 – 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Wednesday, April 17 – 12:30-5 p.m.

Admission to Sessions/AANS Exhibit Hall & Learning Center

Badges are required to enter all sessions and the AANS Exhibit Hall & Learning Center. There is a $200 badge reprint fee for all lost or forgotten badges. Badges are distributed at the time of registration and must be worn at all times. Participants of the 2019 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting are identified by the following badge colors:

  • Physician Attendees: Green
  • Candidates/Medical Student: Brown
  • (RNs, PAs, Allied and Non-physician): Purple
  • Exhibitors: Full Blue
  • Spouse/Guests: Orange
  • Media: Full Yellow
  • AANS Management: Red
