This session will cover the topics of career advancement, specifically moving from a clinical to a managerial role. In addition, the issue of advanced degree requirements and supervision for PAs and NPs will be discussed. Advancing your career as an NP/PA: to get a Doctorate or not? Moving from the bedside to management: is it a good move for you?
