This seminar looks at how cervical myelopathy can be caused by disc herniation, hard bone spurring, congenital stenosis, OPLL and subluxations. In addition, there can be instability and deformity. Multiple cases are presented and the participants, followed by the panel, review treatment options and guidelines.
Learning Objectives: After completing this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify the various pathologies in myelopathy.
- Distinguish the operative treatment options for cervical spondylotic myelopathy and review those operative success/failure rates.
