This course consists of short, highly focused didactic talks that cover time management, the importance of cultural competence, organizational leadership pearls, why diversity matters, hurdles to productivity, specific successful strategies for private practice and academics as well as opportunities for audience discussion of specific challenges.

- Discuss foundations for optimizing the culture of a practice/department to sustain neurosurgeons.
- Recognize how optimizing neurosurgical productivity can enhance patient satisfaction, access and quality.
